Cancellation, Refunds and Rescheduling Policy
All sales are final, and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, as explained below. Before purchasing a ticket(s), carefully review the terms below.


COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
For class purchases made on or after February 11, 2022, any individual who has tested positive for COVID-19 within fourteen (14) days of a registered class may cancel and request a refund or credit for a future class. In order to receive a refund or credit, you must cancel before the class date and attest to the facts of and/or provide supporting documentation for your positive test result.

We will not be responsible for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a positive COVID-19 test.


Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled, and Moved Events
Occasionally, events are canceled, postponed, rescheduled to a different date or different time

If the event is canceled: no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase

If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved: your ticket(s) are still valid, and no further action is required. We will reach out to you on the status of the event with the new date/time & send you a notification explaining your options, and you may submit a request for a refund.

Virtual Learning – Reschedule or Cancel

Due to limited capacity, we request that if you need to change your class date you contact us at least 72 hours in advance of your registered class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the seat.

You may request to reschedule by emailing us at FieldEducation@DevaCurl.com. If you do not request a change prior to the 72 hours or are a no show the day of the event, you will not be entitled to a refund and will lose the payment for the class.


Academy In-person Learning – Reschedule or Cancel
Due to limited capacity, we request that if you need to change your class date you contact us at least 30 days in advance of your registered class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the seat.

You may request to reschedule by emailing us at ProArtistSeries@DevaCurl.com. If you do not request a change prior to the 30 days or are a no show the day of the event, you will not be entitled to a refund and will lose the payment for the class.
